Trekking Around Annapurna and Rafting on Kali Gandaki

What is not included:
* drinks and personal expenses (e.g. tips)
* porter while trekking (one for two people) /10$ per person

Program:
Trekking - 17 days, 3 days - rafting, 1 day - Kathmandu sightseeing, 1 day - transfers

early in the morning, transfer to Besi Sahar, and walk to Bhulbule, bedtime (D,S))

walking to Jagat (about 7h , bedtime (B,D,S),

hiking to Dharapani - about 6-7 h, bedtime (B,D,S)

hiking to Chame - about 7h, bedtime (B,D,S),

hiking to Lower Pisang - about 6h, bedtime (B,D,S),

rest day in Manang, acclimatization before passing the pass,

hiking to Thorung Pedi- about 7 h to the last village before reaching the mountain pass; bedtime (B,D,S),

hiking to Thorung pass, leaving at about o 3 a.m. (5416m ) walking to Muktinath - about 8-10h. The most exhausting day. You will be very tired but very satisfied, bedtime (B,D,S),

easy walk to Marphy through ravine Kali Gandaki - about 7h, bedtime (B,D,S),
Day 13
hiking to Kalopani - about 7 h, bedtime (B,D,S),

hiking to Tatopani - bedtime (B,D,S),

hiking to Galshore, bedtime (B,D,S),
Day 16
transfer from Galshore to the starting point and pontoon rafting on Kali Gandaki, about 4h, night at the river bank (B,D,S),

rafting to Purti Ghat , on our way dinner by the river bank, about 4 h, bedtime (B,D,S),

two-hour rafting to Mirmi, transfer to Pokhara , bedtime (B,D),

free day in Kathmandu - there is a possibility to try bungee from the highest world point ($50)

flight to Poland This is a frame program. It may change due to e.g. weather, political situation, Documents
* valid passport (for at least 6 months);

* guidebook (English or German books can be bought in Kathmandu)

Equipment:
1. light backpack (40-60l);
2. small town or bicycle backpack,
3. a bag for documents and passport ( a bag with internal zipper and a pocket)
4. sleeping bag (temperature -10oC)
5. camping mat
6. small headtorch or other type
7. watertreatment tablets - may be bought in Kathmandu (or you will have to buy mineral water; it's not expensive)
8. filtering sunglasses (UV)
9. skin cream with UV factor
10. personal things (towel, soap, brush e.t.c. in very small packages) also toilet paper (in toilets there are cups with water)
11. cell phone is uselles if you want to make phone calls to Poland - no roaming (you can phone or e-mail from many cafeterias)
12. string for your washing or very long laces
13. mosquito repellent and an insect killer
14. Optional: telescope poles, for people tending to suffer from feet mycosis special powder, needle and thread .
15. First aid kit: aspirin, pain killers, bandages, plasters, iodine or potassium permanganate, digestion tablets (e.g. carbo medicinalis), ointment for painful joints, drugs for running nose, wide spectrum antibiotic, rescue blanket.

Clothing:
1. windproof and waterproof jacket;
2. comfortable long trousers (e.g. nylon trekking trousers), shorts , for ladies short skirt;
3. comfortable light trekking boots ;
4. sandals;
5. socks (e.g. 6 pairs of light socks made of Cool Max, Rhovyl'ON or Meraclon);
6. woolen thick sock ;
7. underwear - 2 T-shirts, 1 long-sleeved polar or fleece shirt with golf with
8. warm sweatshirt
9. cap and gloves, cap with a eyeshade
We will walk in extremely different climate conditions. that is why you need warm clothes. You backpack should weight not more than 10 kilograms.
